Have you ever wanted a particular beer at a particular bar in Adams Morgan? I know I have. We have some incredible bars in the area with a wide selection of tasty craft beers, props to The Reef and Bourbon for their selection. I have often pondered to myself how does a bar choose what beers to offe
r. There are thousands of craft breweries and even more craft beers. When I asked a bartender the other day it usually happens because the bar owner thinks it would sell or the distributor forces it on the bar. Where is the consumer demand in that equation?
